Processing times vary based on the product. Custom printing orders usually take 5 working days before shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it on our Order Tracking page.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka.

12. Can I edit my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, changes are not allowed. However, you can cancel within 10 minutes and place a new order.

13. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Printing & Customization

14. Do you offer design assistance?
Yes, we provide basic design adjustments. If you need a fully custom design, additional fees may apply.

15. Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes, we provide a digital preview before finalizing your order. We will send the proof via WhatsApp or email for your approval. Please double-check all details before confirming, as we will proceed with production after your approval.

16. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping fees vary based on location and product type. The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

17. Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
Yes! You can pick up your order from our office:
#No. 93, Palaly Road, Thirunelvely, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.

You will receive a confirmation message when your order is ready. You can come to the office and get it during our business hours.

18. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link. If it is lost, contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

20. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid online.
